Wellfield Students Celebrate GCSE Success
Wellfield School is proud to celebrate another good set of GCSE results this year. Our students have shown real resilience, determination and ambition, and their achievements are a credit to both their hard work and the support of our staff and families.
This year’s results highlight not only strong academic outcomes but also the character and commitment that define Wellfield. As we mark our 95th anniversary, it’s brilliant to see so many of our young people securing top grades and achieving personal goals that will open doors for their next steps.
Miss Louise Colquhoun, Headteacher, said:
“Our students should be so proud of themselves. These results are not just grades on a page – they represent ambition, effort, and challenges overcome. They open up new futures and opportunities, and we couldn’t be prouder of every single student.”
Some of our amazing students achievements include –
- - Daniel Henderson achieved 6x Grade 9’s
- - Max Collinson achieved 6x Grade 9’s, 1 x Grade 8
- - Rachel Fenwick achieved 5x Grade 9’s, 2x Grade 8’s
- - Bobby Adamson achieved 2 grades above target on average.
The academy also acknowledges the tireless efforts of its staff and the unwavering support of families, whose partnership has been vital in nurturing student success.
