Annual Trust Conference Celebrates Achievements and Inspires for the Year Ahead

Our annual trust wide conference, brought together staff from all schools for a day of reflection, collaboration, and inspiration.

The conference began with a look back at the past year, celebrating key achievements including the remarkable £16,000 raised for Cancer Research UK. This milestone highlighted the Trust’s commitment not only to education but also to making a positive impact in the wider community.

Attendees then heard from a range of speakers, including representatives from Cancer Research UK, the Trust’s CEO, our Chair of the Trust, and students who shared their experiences from a recent visit to Japan as part of the MedTech initiative. Corporate staff also delivered an insightful session on the power of recruitment and retention through social media, underlining the importance of innovation in education and workforce development.

Chartwells provided catering throughout the day, ensuring delegates were well looked after, while the afternoon featured a series of engaging workshops tailored for staff development. The event concluded with a motivational session led by Mr Brilliant, leaving attendees energised and ready to embrace the year ahead.
