Lorna has proven success in delivering key change projects, with a resulting positive impact and is adept at forging positive relationships with a wide range of organisational stakeholders.
Wendy is also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Personnel & Development (CIPD) with over ten years of experience within the education sector. Wendy has provided HR support and guidance to maintained schools and to the Academy sector both at a Secondary & Primary levels and has developed excellent working relationships with Trade Union partners. She has experience of leading on major staffing restructures as well as supporting schools/academies in key operational areas such as recruitment, performance management, absence management and disciplinary & grievance issues.
